Substation Construction — Stage by Stage
The construction of an electrical substation is a structured, multi-stage process executed by our multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians using modern equipment and proven methods.
Stage 01
Site Preparation & Earthwork
Preparation of the construction site including demolition, clearing, levelling, and all earthwork required before foundation laying begins.
Stage 02
Foundation & External Networks
Laying the foundation and supply of external networks — including cable trenches, conduit routes, earthing networks, and boundary fencing.
Stage 03
Supporting Metal Structures
Construction of gantry structures, equipment support frames, bus bar support structures, and all steel work for the substation yard.
Stage 04
Electrical Equipment Assembly
Assembly and installation of transformers, VCB/LBS panels, bus bars, CT/PT, isolators, and all HT and LT electrical equipment.
Stage 05
Auxiliary Systems Installation
Installation and configuration of auxiliary systems — lighting, ventilation, AC, fire protection, control panels, SCADA, and communication systems.
Stage 06
Safety, Control & Automation
Design and installation of safety systems, automation, grounding and lightning protection, control equipment, and reactive power compensation systems.
Stage 07
Testing & Commissioning
Comprehensive testing and commissioning of all equipment — protection relay testing, power frequency tests, insulation resistance tests, and full load commissioning.

Bus Bar Systems
Design and installation of single, double, and ring bus bar systems — HT and LT bus bars with proper support structures, insulation, and clearances.
Own Power Supply System
